Compound butter, celeriac remoulade. 

Add fried egg.

Smoked aioli slaw, hot sauce, kosher pickle.

Add - char grilled fresh pineapple & bacon.

Petite Free Range Chicken Al Fredo  

w/ garlic ciabatta slice.
